Lightning movies (19 june 2004) : YYYYMMDD.mpg

1. A movie is only made if the hourly stroke-count is 
   greater or equal to 60
2. A daily movie may cover only a few hours, if the
   stroke-count was below the minimum during the
   remaining hours
3. For the moment, a regularly visual check will be
   made to delete movies without visible activity
   (i.e. storms outside the map)
4. All movies will be kept in the main directory
   for the moment
5. I recommend Apple's QUICKTIME version 6 viewer, as
   it permits to move the progression slider and watch
   accelerated play or home to a choosen sequence or hour.

   Older version of the  MS Windows Media Player may
   refuse to play the mpeg if clicked upon during 
   browsing; first download, then play.
   Newer versions of the Windows Media player work ok.
6. meteoLCD assumes no liability for the correctness
   of these lightning movies and the real-time lightning
   display!
